Tailpiece Grand Concert Guitar ..circa 1925. A Rare oak
body model! Red Spruce top, quarter sawn oak sides and back.
Original tailpiece design with fixed pyramid bridge in the
fashion often used on Stella 12-strings. Beautiful inlaid
multi-color wood marquetry purfling and rosette with
matching inlaid center strip on the back. Ivoroid binding
front and back. Recent neck reset, new
bone saddle and nut, repaired/cleated top cracks and seam
separation. New "Golden Age" tuners (original tuners
included with this instrument). We've always been
impressed by the sound that oak Stella guitars produce, and this one
is especially loud! Straight neck and excellent action.
A highly desirable and exceptional guitar! Comes with a new hard-shell case.
