A1039 Stella "Floral" Concert Guitar ...Excellent restored condition! All solid birch construction, elaborate floral "decalcomania" graphics on top, embossed "Stella" on headstock, somewhat tattered 1930s label inside, gold glitter purfling and rosette and engraved "mother-of-toilet-seat" faux pearl fingerboard. Neck has been refinished and re-set. Top has three repaired cracks and some overspray. Lower bout is 13 1/2" wide, scale is 25", nut width is 1 11/16". This is an exceptionally loud guitar, with the crisp, resonant tone unique to certain tailpiece model Stella guitars. It's great looking and it plays "like warm butter".
